Shipping Fees & Services
West Malaysia
A standard shipping fee of RM10 will be incurred for West Malaysia orders.

East Malaysia
A standard shipping fee of RM20 will be incurred for East Malaysia orders.

A standard shipping fee of RM45 will be incurred for Singapore orders.

Delivery Time
Items purchased from CLICK'S STUDIO will be ship out in 7-10 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays).

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

Returned To Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to CLICK'S STUDIO by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Returned To Sender Packages
Under the circumstances that you are still unable to locate your package, kindly email us at for further assistance.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.

Return & Exchange
We guarantee to compensate with a new piece when you return it to us within 7 days from the receiving day. However, no exchange is allowed after 7 days’ period.

Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:

Defect on the product.
Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.
Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached. Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.

Returns Procedure
DM us through Instagram.
Post the defected item(s) to the nearest POS Office to Click's office (Don’t forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our Customer Service team regarding to the tracking code and the amount of postage fees. (attach with consignment note and receipt of postage).
We will process the new item(s) after receive the defected shirts and takes at least 5-7 working days for repost.
